1. Who this is between

These terms are between PawnEasy Pro — contactable at vexagate@gmail.com and +91 96771 13006 — and the business that creates an account. Creating an account means you accept them.

2. What you get

A subscription to PawnEasy Pro: the Android app and the web portal, on the same books, with every feature included — unlimited pledges, customers, staff and branches. There is no per-user or per-branch charge and no separate charge for the mobile app.

3. The trial

Fourteen days, every feature, no card. When it ends, your books become read-only until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted at the end of a trial.

4. Paying

Subscriptions are bought inside the Android app through the Google Play Store, which is the seller of record. Google takes the payment, renews it and can cancel it; we never see or hold your card. Prices are ₹380 per month or ₹3,799 per year, in Indian rupees, and Google charges the amount shown for your account. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice to account owners; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

5. Cancelling

Cancel any time from your Google Play account. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. See the refund policy for what is and is not refundable.

6. Your books are yours

Everything you record — customers, pledges, articles, payments, receipts and reports — belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it and we do not sell it, share it with advertisers or use one shop's data for another's benefit. You can export reports to CSV and receipts to PDF at any time, without asking us.

If you stop subscribing, nothing is deleted: your books become read-only and renewing restores writing. If you ask us to delete the account, we do, within 30 days.

7. What you agree to do

Give accurate business and staff details, and keep sign-in credentials to yourself
Run your lending lawfully — licensing, interest limits, KYC and auction rules for your state are your responsibility, not ours
Have the right to record the customer information you enter, and tell your customers what you hold
Not attempt to reach another shop's data, break the service, or resell it as your own

8. What we agree to do

Keep the service running and repair faults with reasonable speed
Take backups, and keep identity numbers encrypted as described in the data security policy
Answer support requests on WhatsApp, phone or email during working hours, Monday to Saturday
Give notice before a change that materially reduces what the subscription includes

We do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, a hosting failure or a network outage can interrupt it, and we will restore it as quickly as we can.

9. What the software is not

PawnEasy Pro is a record-keeping tool. It is not legal, tax, accounting or valuation advice. Interest is calculated from the schemes you configure and the gold rates you publish. Check your own figures before you lend: a rate typed wrongly produces a wrong valuation, and the software cannot know that.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business or the consequences of lending decisions you make.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud.

11. Suspension and ending

You can stop at any time by cancelling in Google Play. We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully, that is attempting to reach data belonging to another shop, or whose payment has failed — with notice, and with your data intact and readable except where the law requires otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Tamil Nadu have jurisdiction.

12. Changes to these terms

We will change the date at the top and notify account owners by email when something material changes. If you do not accept a change, cancel — that is the remedy.
