The trial
Fourteen days of the whole thing
The trial is not a cut-down version. Every feature is on from the first minute: unlimited pledges, unlimited customers, reminders, reports, staff accounts and the web portal.
The app tells you how many days are left, and nothing stops working without warning. If the trial ends before you decide, your books become read-only — every record is still there to look up, and subscribing turns writing back on at once.

Is there a charge per member of staff?
No. The price covers the shop — the owner, the manager, the accountant and every clerk at the counter, across as many branches as you run.
What happens if I stop subscribing?
Nothing is deleted. Your books become read-only: you keep every record and can still look anything up, print old receipts and read reports. Renewing restores writing straight away.
How do I pay?
Through the Google Play Store, from inside the Android app — the same way you pay for any other app. Google handles the card and the renewal, and you can cancel from your Play account at any time.
Do I need to buy anything else?
Only if you want reminders sent automatically from your own WhatsApp Business number, which is billed to you by WhatsApp rather than by us. Everything else, including receipts and reports, is included.
